Stephanie is currently accepting new clients for in-person and virtual appointments.
If you’ve ever felt unsure, ashamed, or frustrated in your experiences with sexuality,
relationships, or identity - you’re not alone. You might be navigating a new relationship
or working through conflict with a long-term partner. You may be questioning your
desires or feeling disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve experienced something
with a lasting impact, making intimacy feel confusing or overwhelming. You deserve a
space to explore all of this, without judgment or pressure.
When you’ve been holding emotional weight on your own, it can feel isolating and
exhausting. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. In our work together, I aim to co-create
a space where you feel seen and supported. No shame, no rush, no need to explain
yourself. I’ll meet you with curiosity and care, always respecting your pace and process.
Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you. We’ll work through the hard stuff and
build toward clarity and confidence.
Therapy won’t erase the past, but it can change how you carry it. With time and support,
you can develop deeper insight into your boundaries and desires. You can also learn
more about your values. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, to help
you reconnect with your strengths, and feel more grounded and empowered in your life.
“To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.”

I am a Registered Social Worker who holds a master’s degree in social work with a
clinical focus from the University of British Columbia and a bachelor’s degree in
psychology from McGill University.
Since 2020, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals’ mental wellbeing across
different community and institutional settings. I have worked with survivors of sexualized
and gender-based violence, unhoused populations, adolescents with diverse abilities,
and queer and IBPOC youth navigating life transitions. Together, these experiences
taught me how powerful it can be to have our stories heard and held with care.
While completing my master’s degree, I had the honour of working as a therapist intern
at New Moon Psychotherapy, where I provided psychotherapy to individuals and
couples under clinical supervision. During this time, I was drawn to clinical work that
affirmed people’s experiences and identities and became especially passionate about creating safer, affirming spaces for individuals and couples to explore sex and intimacy,
relational challenges, life-transitions, and identity.
As a registered therapist, I bring a sex-positive, person-centred, and collaborative
approach to my work and strive to meet people where they are. I recognize that
everyone is unique, with their own stories, values, and ways of engaging with support,
and I aim to honour that individuality within the therapeutic relationship. I identify as a
relational therapist and draw from an eclectic approach, tailoring evidence-based
approaches to meet my client’s needs.
