We offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity for you to meet with a therapist and ask any questions to determine if they are the right fit for you.

The sessions are virtual (video or telephone).

To schedule a consultation, please click on the photo of the therapist that you would like to work with or select the free consultation option for the type of service that you would like to receive.

For example, if you are looking to work individually with a therapist on past trauma or mental health difficulties (eg. anxiety or depression) select the "FREE- 15 Minute Video Consultation- Trauma/General Therapy".

Please note that the consultations are NOT therapy sessions, rather a brief meet and greet before you commit to starting therapy. If the consultation goes well, you are welcome to book an appointment. We will also follow up with you a couple days after to see how it went. If it did not feel like the right fit or if you would like to connect with another therapist, please reach out so that we can help find the right therapist for you.
