We offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity for you to meet with a therapist and ask any questions to determine if they are the right fit for you.

The sessions are virtual (video or telephone).

To schedule a consultation, please click on the photo of the therapist that you would like to work with or select the free consultation option for the type of service that you would like to receive.

For example, if you are looking to work individually with a therapist on past trauma or mental health difficulties (eg. anxiety or depression) select the "FREE- 15 Minute Video Consultation- Trauma/General Therapy".

Please note that the consultations are NOT therapy sessions, rather a brief meet and greet before you commit to starting therapy.

Mary is passionate about and dedicated to providing the most up to date care, based on thoroughly researched therapeutic modalities. She believes in taking an empathetic approach to help empower individuals and remind them that they are not alone in their journey.

Mary has worked in the field of addictions for approximately five years, mainly within inpatient facilities, providing customized one on one counselling, crisis management, and group counselling sessions that consist of psychoeducation, and skills and process groups. Additionally, she has experience working one on one with diverse client populations, experiencing a wide of range of hardship and suffering.
